Pork shish kebab with prunes

Pork shish kebab with prunes Prunes with wine, pepper grains, a carnation, a coriander, the Chilean pepper and a salt small amount to cook on weak fire at the closed cover of 10 minutes.

Then to remove from a plate and to leave plums in this sauce for 30 minutes for pickling. Meat to wash up, dry, cut cubes in size approximately about plum, to rub with its salt, pepper and a paprika powder. To allow to sauce to flow down from plums, to dry and string on skewers meat cubes and plums alternately. To warm up drawn butter in enough big frying pan and to fry in it meat on skewers of 15-20 minutes before formation of a brown crust. To this dish it is possible to submit rice with sauce from a butter and karri.

 


For dish preparation be required:


300 gr prunes (without stones);


0,375 ml of dry white wine;


1 teaspoon of grains of white pepper;


1 spicy carnation;


1 teaspoon of coriander seeds;


chilean pepper;


1 teaspoon of Salt;


500 gr a pork fillet;


1/2 teaspoon of black pepper powder;


1 teaspoon of chili powder paprika;


3 spoons of drawn butter.
