 Easter cake with raisin For preparation be required: a flour - 4 glasses; a butter - 200г; yeast - 50г; egg - 5 шт; sugar - 1 glass; milk - 1 glass; raisin (without stones) - 1 glass; salt - on taste.

Oil kindle, pour in hot milk, add sugar, salt, mix and cool to a room temperature then add a flour, pour in dismissed in a milk small amount the foamed yeast, carefully mix, having put in a warm place for fermentation. When the dough will rise, add yolks, then the fibers shaken up in proof foam, raisin, carefully vent. Put the dough in plentifully greased with the softened oil, to add a flour the form, fill it to half. When the dough will rise level with form edges, bake an Easter cake at temperature of 180 degrees to readiness.
