The salad "True gourmet"

To cut cantaloupe with slices and put and leave in dry white wine for 15 minutes.

After to get slices, to spread out to a plate and to add 3 table spoons of dry white wine. To strew slices of leaflets of fresh mint. To submit slightly cooled.

 

For dish preparation be required:


Cantaloupe - 200 gr.,
Dry white wine - 3 items of a spoon,
Fresh leaves of mint to taste.
