Fruit soup Exotic

To sort the rice, wash out in water seven times,  fill in with boiled water, and  boil about 10 minutes until softness, tehn  take it  off to a colander, to wash out.

 

Prunes, dried apricots, raisins, fig or other dried fruits carefully to sort, wash out, to put in boiled water and to cook to readiness, to add sugar to taste, to add the rice, to finish to boiling, immediately to remove from fire.

Fruit soup eat both hot, and cold.

 


For dish preparation be required:

1 glass of rice;

150 gr of prunes;

150 gr of dried apricots;

150 gr of raisin;

3-5 fruits of a dried fig;

Sugar to taste.
