Dried fruits and nuts are natural components which are widely used in food manufactures. Additives of the crushed dried fruits and nuts use in cereals, ice-cream, yoghurts, cottage cheese, porridges of fast preparation, in confectionery and a baking production. Crushed (cutting) dried fruits slices
We make natural additives on the basis of dried fruits. Additives are the slices of dried fruits processed in the special way, not sticking together. The product is completely ready to the use and does not demand additional processing. Our additives in cereals, ice-cream, yoghurts, cottage cheese, porridges of fast preparation, in confectionery and a baking production are applied. By manufacture the rice flour or glucose are used. Crushed (fractional) nuts
Components is slices, the slices of nuts divided on fractions: to 3 mm, from 3-5 mm, from 5-10 mm, over 10 mm.
