Uzvar from the dried fruits  Boil pears and apples to readiness, add plums, cherries, raisins. We give simmering and to mix out through a sieve.

In time of decoction add honey and sugar, inundate them dried fruit and take to boiling. We put in a cold place on 5-6 hours, for insisting.

 

For preparetion be required:


Dried Pears 100 gr
Dried Apples 100 gr;
Dried cherries 100 gr;
Dried prunes 100 gr;

Raisin 50 gr;
Water 1 l;

Sugar 0,5 glass;
Honey 0,5 glass;
