Compote from dried fruits  Dried fruits to fill in with cold water and to allow to stand 10 minutes. Then water to merge, fruit to wash out 3-4 times warm water.

 

In boiling water to put pears and to cook at slow boiling of 30-40 minutes, then to add apples and to cook even 15 minutes. To pour sugar, other fruit and to cook from the moment of boiling of 15 minutes. To remove from fire, to close a cover, to cool.

 

For preparation be required:

Dried: pineapple, dried apricots, papaya, pears, apples.

In equal parts on 300 gr dried fruit (mix) – 0,5 glass of sugar.
