The lion's share of people during meal try to eat quickly, thereby trying to reduce time for food eating. It is the big an error which leads to increase of expenses for a food and possible problems with excess weight.

Let's consider a typical variant of a food of the modern person:
Having woken up in the morning manager Alexander with half-open eyes has gone to a bathroom where all the same it managed to see itself before a mirror by efforts on lifting of eyelids, safely accepts water procedures,
Later 10 minutes it go on kitchen where the second effort on a century in a refrigerator he sees that has not eaten still with yesterday. Chewing a sandwich it with horror chewing process looks at the watch also is tripled, having lowered a chin swallowing collected food a little.
After drink one cup of coffee he dress up and go to the work. During the quick lunch he don't see how fast it finished again come back to work.In the evening, and even earlier hunger is increasing begins, and feeling that nothing were in the mouth all day long. After lose of one hour in the city traffic, Alexander after washing of the arms from the road dust, enter to the kitchen and with animal hunger attack the rest of the food in the fridge.

Totally:
Breakfast - quick eated, because need to not be in time in the office.
Dinner - quick eated, because need to finish nowadays working-targets.
Supper - quick eated, because he had feeling like all day long without food.
The food arriving to stomach quickly and not by small pieces. The stomach only rising up volume, but not told order to brain; the food which are not chewed well the stomach losing more energy for allocation of weak pure concentrated hydrochloric acid for processing of large pieces -> it's accelerate  пищи.
 As result - brain got very little space of information that food is eated;phyhological hunger was not satisfied; stomach acid for recycling of the food which are badly crushed from the tooth appear double more (It is need some additional power more)

If we will subcribe this model in mathematic view, we will get:

Alexander eated 10 points of "unhungry" for the breakfast, but made it quick (-3 points) and badly crushed by the tooth (-3 points) = the rest 4 points.
For lunch he eated 12 points of "unhungry", but again he lost -6 points for the speed and bad quality of supply to the stomach. The rest what we have: 4+9 = 13 points.
And now, let's substitute every working hour for 1 point of each, than we will get next one:
All day long: 10 (breakfast) - 6 (extra speed and bad quality) - 1 - 1 - 1 - 1 (during the lunch) + 12 - 6 (extra speed and bad quality) - 1 - 1 - 1 - 1 - 1 (supper time) = 1 point of "unhungry" have Alexander before the supper.
Not difficult to calculate, that if the process will be without extra speed and well crushed by the tooth, in this way Alexander will have to eat much lower and without so quick speed of eating when he have an empty stomach.

The conclusion - druing the food eating need to eat slowly (better to wake up 10 minutes earlier) and think about "what I am eating", not like which way to drive to an avoid road traffic.
In this way we will lost psyhological hunger and real hunger. Impossible, but a fact - psyhological hunger directly proportional by the movement of the jaw during the eating.

The prunes and apricots rescue us, they are perfect means for neutralization hunger attack. Necessary for next way –  to take a glass of water, and after 10 minutes we take 2-4 pieces of the apricots or prunes (it's very important). An effect is amazing – feeling like stand up from the table after the good dinner.
