It is necessary to mention still such grades as: Assel, Kabra from Pakistan which have also dense pulp, less sweet, rather small on the size and are on sale without stones. After harvesting dates dry on the sun, wash, take out stones (manually), sort, process gas and pack. In the fruits, going on sale dry, the high percent of sugar, fat oils, proteins and microelements contains. High caloric content of dates has deserved it a nickname some "desert bread". Fruits of a date palm tree are the basic food in many areas of tropics and deserts, are irreplaceable at physical overfatigue and an exhaustion.
